Dynamic Group information

What are some common challenges faced by professionals working in dynamic group environments, and how can they be addressed?

Professionals working in dynamic group environments often encounter challenges such as rapidly changing priorities, diverse work styles, and the need for effective communication across multidisciplinary teams. To address these challenges, it's helpful to establish clear goals, encourage open feedback, and utilize collaborative tools that streamline information sharing. Regular team check-ins and a willingness to adapt to new processes can also foster a more cohesive and productive work environment.

What are Dynamic Groups?

Dynamic Groups are groups in an IT or cloud environment, such as Microsoft Azure Active Directory, where membership is determined automatically based on user attributes or rules. Instead of manually adding or removing members, dynamic groups update automatically as user attributes change, making it easier to manage permissions and access for large organizations. These groups are commonly used to streamline user management and ensure the right individuals have access to the resources they need.

Job description

Gastroenterology Opportunity In Phoenix, Arizona

A well-established gastroenterology practice in the Phoenix, Arizona market is seeking an Outpatient GI Physician to join a growing and dynamic group. The practice operates an ambulatory surgery center in Gilbert along with a clinic in Mesa, providing a strong operational footprint and an established patient base across the greater Phoenix area. Physicians enjoy a collaborative culture with shared call coverage at Banner Ironwood Medical Center and meaningful involvement in research opportunities as a Principal Investigator.

Compensation is among the most competitive in the specialty, with a base salary of $550,000 for General GI and $650,000 for Advanced GI, plus a productivity model that rewards performance once a collections threshold is met. Additional financial upside includes equity interest in the group, ancillary revenue sharing through the practice's pathology lab, a long-term incentive structure for physicians who commit to the practice, and a percentage of research collections — creating multiple income streams well beyond a traditional employed model. Physicians are also eligible for partnership and ASC buy-in opportunity on an accelerated six-month track. Relocation support is provided.

Phoenix is one of the fastest-growing metropolitan areas in the country, offering an exceptional quality of life with over 300 days of sunshine per year, world-class golf, hiking, and outdoor recreation, and a thriving dining, arts, and entertainment scene. The greater Phoenix area boasts excellent schools, diverse and vibrant communities, and a relatively low cost of living compared to other major metros. Whether you are drawn to the energy of Scottsdale, the charm of Gilbert, or the wide open desert landscape, the Phoenix market offers something for every lifestyle.
