What will you be doing in your role?
  • Employee Relations Intake & Triage
    • Receive, assess, document, and triage employee concerns and workplace issues, serving as the primary point of contact for routine
      employee relations matters
    • Provide guidance to staff and leadership on People Team policies, practices, and employee resources
    • Ensure timely escalation of complex, sensitive, or high-risk issues to the People Team Director as appropriate
    • Support documentation and follow-through on corrective action and resolution plans
    • Maintain accurate and confidential records related to employee relations matters
    • Monitor trends in employee concerns and identify opportunities for proactive intervention
  • Leader Support & Enablement
    • Partner with leaders to navigate employee challenges, performance concerns, organizational change, and team dynamics in
      alignment with agency philosophy and practices
    • Develop and maintain leader resources, tools, templates, and guidance that promote consistent and effective people management across the organization
    • Support the design, coordination, and facilitation of New Leader Orientation
    • Monitor leadership support needs and recommend improvements to strengthen manager capability, confidence, and effectiveness
  • Employee Experience & Organizational Health
    • Gather and analyze employee feedback through surveys, exit conversations and stay interviews, and other feedback channels
    • Monitor organizational health indicators and identify emerging risks, trends, and retention concerns
    • Partner with leaders to develop action plans based on employee feedback and engagement data
    • Design & implement employee experience initiatives that strengthen culture, boost engagement, and drive retention
    • Identify opportunities to improve communication, connection, and employee satisfaction
    • Provide recommendations to the People Team Director regarding organizational health and retention strategies
  • Talent Management Processes
    • Coordinate and support the administration of annual performance reviews and other talent assessment processes
    • Provide guidance to leaders and employees on performance management expectations, tools, and best practices
    • Assist with employee development planning and career growth initiatives, providing recommendations for high-potential staff
      development and retention
    • Support calibration discussions and other processes that promote consistent performance expectations and evaluations across the
      organization
    • Monitor participation and completion of talent management activities and recommend process improvements as needed

Are you the next People & Culture Partner to join CCFW?
  • Required:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field
    • 3 or more years of progressive human resources experience
    • Experience addressing routine employee relations matters, including employee concerns, conflict resolution, and corrective action processes
    • Working knowledge of federal and Texas employment law
    • Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism
  • Preferred:
    • SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent HR certification
    • Prior people leadership experience, including employee coaching & performance management
  • This role requires on-site presence at our Fort Worth, TX office 5 days/week

  • Full-Time, exempt position starting at a salary of $65,000. Pay is determined by relevant experience, work history, education and internal equities.
