Position: Data & Document Controller Lead

Job Description:
  • Prior experience supporting Shell Capital Projects preferred, with demonstrated understanding of IM standards, governance, and ways of working
  • Minimum 3 years' experience supporting Capital Projects as a Document Control Lead, overseeing document control operations across the project lifecycle
  • Proven experience in Document and Data Control, including secure management, tracking, reporting, and quality assurance of project documentation
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining Document and Data Control processes and procedures, including document control procedures, numbering specifications, and archiving requirements
Skills:
  • Experience supporting Capital Projects handover, including document completeness, compliance, and readiness for transition to the next project phase or operations
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic Capital Project environment,
  • coordinating with multiple stakeholders and EPC partners
  • Strong English language proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to support reporting, stakeholder engagement, and procedural documentation
  • Proficient in Power BI, SharePoint, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Assai, with the ability to administer and leverage EDMS and reporting tools effectively
