Airco Mechanical has been delivering mechanical, electrical, and plumbing excellence for 40+ years and employs 1,000+ team members. We’re expanding our service group and looking for a lead-level technician who thrives in complex commercial environments.

Your impact
  • Pinpoint faults and restore operation on commercial DX systems: RTUs, splits, heat pumps, packaged units, and VRF
  • Swap and commission major components—compressors, motors, TXVs, coils, and more
  • Document diagnostics, repairs, parts, and labor with accuracy
  • Partner with customers and internal teams to set expectations and deliver results
  • Adhere to safety procedures, codes, and EPA requirements every time
  • Keep tools, test gear, and vehicle organized and in peak condition
What you need to bring
  • High school diploma, GED, or trade school credentials
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience
  • EPA Universal certification
  • Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Able to pass a background check
