Job Summary:
Ayvens is a global leader in sustainable mobility, seeking an Enterprise Architect to manage Group Information Systems and support their global Digital & IT strategy. The role involves conducting architecture studies, collaborating with business leaders, and ensuring alignment of IT solutions with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team, with a primary mission to conduct transversal architecture studies aimed at identifying the most suitable IT solutions to efficiently support and sustain our business activities
• Participate to the elaboration of Ayvens Digital & IT strategy and the facilitation of its execution across our central functions and countries
• Conduct comprehensive analyses to evaluate business needs and identify optimal IT solutions that align with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders across the supported countries and central functions to understand their requirements and ensure that technology initiatives effectively support their goals, in coordination with the leaders of the domains impacted.
• Apply architecture governance to ensure ultimate validation of designed architectures and solutions through Architecture Committee / Design Authority
• Assist in developing and maintaining enterprise architecture standards, policies, and guidelines as well as ensuring their understanding and application across the organization.
• Work with local architecture teams to review and assess their current and future state architectures, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring alignment with global standards. Promote the adoption of centrally delivered services and facilitate the rationalization of the IT landscape.
• Act as a liaison(bi-directional) between the supported countries and the central Enterprise Architecture team, helping to solve local architecture issues and cascading Group’s requirements and information
• Provide mentoring and coaching to local architecture teams, enhancing their capabilities and expertise in enterprise architecture practices.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably holding a Master degree in Information Systems or a related field
• 10 years of expertise in Enterprise Architecture frameworks, methodologies, and best practices
• Proven experience in IS strategy and governance, with a focus on driving IT transformation in large organizations
• Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
• Proficient in managing large application repositories and KPI reporting
• Strong understanding of Information technologies, industry trends, and best practices
