Launchpad Labor & HCM is seeking a Lead Manager to join our onsite team in Fredericksburg, VA and help drive strong operational performance.

Position Summary

The Lead Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day team execution to ensure work is completed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with organizational goals. This role partners with internal stakeholders to maintain service quality, support staff performance, and address operational challenges proactively.

In addition to leading teams, the Lead Manager will help improve processes and outcomes through clear communication, thoughtful planning, and consistent follow-through—ensuring both client and internal expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate daily team activities, ensuring priorities are understood and work progresses on schedule.

  • Monitor performance indicators and operational workflows to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Coach, support, and develop team members through guidance, feedback, and accountability.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues, improve processes, and maintain strong service standards.

  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and quality expectations while maintaining a productive onsite environment.

Required Qualifications
