Key Responsibilities:

Lock Installation & Repair: Oversee and manage the field team's installation, repair, and maintenance of various types of locks, ensuring they handle all projects correctly and provide optimal security.

Key Duplication: Supervise the team that handles accurate duplication of keys for clients, ensuring precision and quality.

Team Management: Lead and manage a team of licensed locksmiths, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Training & Development: Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

Valid locksmith license in the state of Illinois.

Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience as a licensed locksmith.

Ability to work independently and manage others

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Proven leadership and team management skills.
