Job description

Join the dynamic hospitality team at JB Duke Hotel as a Restaurant Server/Bartender. In this dual-role position, you’ll deliver exceptional service in an upscale dining environment, serving as both a knowledgeable server and skilled bartender. You’ll warmly welcome guests, present menus, take orders, craft and serve beverages, and deliver thoughtfully prepared food with professionalism and care.

This role calls for someone who excels in guest interaction, can confidently make menu and beverage recommendations, and maintains a polished, attentive dining experience from start to finish. Prior experience in fine dining, bartending, or upscale service is preferred, but a genuine passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality service to all restaurant guests.  
  • Provide efficient and friendly food and beverage service in the restaurant.
  • Write guests checks to prescribed specifications and uses a computerized machine to pre-check items.
  • Work as a team player.
  • Complete all opening and closing duties.
  • Assist with cleaning, stocking, and organization of restaurant items.

Required Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Required Experience:
