Join one of California's most coveted wineries and deliver extraordinary experiences for discerning wine collectors in the heart of Sonoma County.

Kosta Browne seeks a hospitality professional to provide exceptional on-site estate experiences, cultivate member relationships, and support revenue growth. This role requires strong wine knowledge, luxury service expertise, and the ability to create memorable moments for our most valued members.

As a key member of the Hospitality team, you'll serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador delivering intimate, personalized experiences for affluent clientele. This position requires refined interpersonal skills, wine expertise, and a commitment to service excellence.


Core Responsibilities:

Luxury Hospitality Excellence: Independently host intimate estate experiences for 1-12 guests, demonstrating mastery of wine knowledge, storytelling, and luxury service protocols. Read client personalities and preferences to deliver personalized, memorable visits that exceed expectations.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive member relationships to drive satisfaction and retention. Present wine offerings effectively to support purchase decisions and per-visit revenue while maintaining a focus on member experience.

Hospitality Operations: Maintain accurate CRM records, complete post-visit documentation, and support member communications. Collaborate with the broader hospitality team to ensure seamless, consistent luxury service from arrival through departure.
