Professional Voice Actor - French (AI Training)
About the Role

We're looking for experienced French-speaking voice actors to record professional-grade audio and evaluate AI-generated speech - helping train the next generation of advanced AI systems to sound truly human.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working voice professionals. No AI background needed - just a commanding French voice, a professional setup, and a sharp ear for quality.

What You'll Do
  • Record clear, expressive French-language audio using a large diaphragm microphone (LDM), following provided scripts and creative prompts
  • Evaluate AI-generated French speech for naturalness, pronunciation accuracy, emotional authenticity, and overall quality
  • Provide detailed, actionable feedback to help refine and improve synthesized voice outputs
  • Review scripts and suggest adjustments to enhance clarity and ensure natural-sounding delivery
  • Work independently and asynchronously - fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
  • Native or near-native fluency in French with a strong, articulate vocal presence
  • Professional background in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or related performance audio work
  • Reliable access to a large diaphragm microphone and a quiet, acoustically controlled recording space
  • Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated performances across a range of tones and styles
  • A sharp, critical ear for nuance - you notice subtle differences in tone, rhythm, and pronunciation
  • Self-motivated and consistent when working independently
Nice to Have
  • Experience evaluating or directing voice performances for quality and authenticity
  • Familiarity with regional French accents and dialectal variation - Metropolitan, Canadian, Belgian, Swiss, or otherwise
  • Background working with audio production tools or recording software
