Pay: $23 per hour | Sign-on Bonuses Available!

Now Hiring In:

  • Eugene
  • Weekend availability required

Current Open Shifts:

Sun - Wed 2:30pm - 11pm (34 hours)

Thurs - Sat 8am - 3pm (21 hours) [More hours available if flexible on other days, but must be available for at least listed shift)

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 12+ months in a group home or similar care setting preferred.
  • High Medical Care: Experience with G-tubes, feeding tubes, catheter care
  • ASL (American Sign Language) (or willingness to learn)
  • Skills & Traits: Compassionate, patient, adaptable, and an excellent communicator.
  • Certifications:
  • Current CPR & First Aid (or ability to obtain prior to hire)
  • Oregon Intervention System (OIS) certification (or ability to obtain prior to hire)
  • DSP Tier 1 & Tier 2 Core Competencies (or willingness to complete training)
  • Other Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license (minimum 6 months) and reliable transportation
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
