Job Type: Full-Time
Description: As a Night Custodian for Chateau at Bothell Landing, you will become a part of a company that focuses not only on the residents we serve, but also a company that puts employees first. Details:
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, FSA, 401k with employer match, $40,000 employer paid life insurance policy, 6 paid holidays, employee referral bonuses, tuition program, employee wellness program, discounted employee meals, ORCA card reimbursement, bridge program (HCA to CNA or LPN to RN), CNA/HCA/LPN/RN annual license reimbursement

*Some benefits require employee to work 30 or more hours per week and/or be over the age of 21*
  • Wage: $21 - $25 per/hour, DOE
  • Schedule: Wednesday through Friday from 10:00pm to 8:30am

A Day in the Life:
  • Janitorial duties to include cleaning, sanitizing and restocking public restrooms, taking out common area trash/recycle to compactor, vacuuming dining areas
  • Walk the building and property grounds regularly
  • Respond promptly to requests for assistance relating to maintaining security
  • Monitor entrances/exits and all doors and windows to ensure they are locked and secure
  • Understand emergency procedures (fire, earthquake, violent behavior, intruder, etc.) and be prepared to implement them if ever needed
  • Observe and report unsafe conditions that can cause injury to residents, guests, or staff and take appropriate actions to correct urgent or arising problems

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Previous experience working with the elderly preferred
  • Valid CPR/First Aid certificate (Chateau will pay for training if not certified)
  • Must pass a DSHS background check (some negative actions are acceptable)
