Position: Registered Nurse (6am - 6pm & 6pm - 6am)

Pay Range: $42.00 - $52.00

What you will do:

  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of practice.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure residents receive comprehensive and person-centered care.

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while monitoring for effectiveness and side effects.

  • Accurately document assessments, care provided, and changes in resident condition.

  • Support and mentor CNAs and other care staff to promote teamwork and quality care delivery.

Must have:

  • Must have an active and unencumbered Registered Nursing (RN) license in the State of Washington
  • Must have an active CPR certification (online courses are not accepted)
  • Must be able to pass a background check administered by Dept. Social & Health Services (DSHS)
  • Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience highly preferred
  • Must be able to work a full-time 3/12 rotation
