Wage Range

LPN: $31.00 – $36.99 per hour
RN: $35.00 – $41.16 per hour

Wages are based on credentials, relevant experience, and internal equity considerations.

What You'll Do

As a Licensed Nurse, you'll work closely with our Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, caregivers, and healthcare providers to ensure residents receive exceptional care and support.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring resident health and responding to changes in condition
  • Completing assessments and participating in care planning
  • Coordinating care with physicians, pharmacies, therapists, and families
  • Administering medications and overseeing medication management
  • Supporting and mentoring care staff
  • Assisting with admissions, transfers, and discharges
  • Investigating and documenting incidents, falls, and resident concerns
  • Ensuring compliance with state regulations and community policies
  • Promoting a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment for residents

What We're Looking For

  • Current, unencumbered Washington State LPN license
  • Minimum one year of nursing experience
  • Assisted Living, long-term care, memory care, or geriatric experience preferred
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
  • Genuine passion for serving older adults
