Mirror Lake Village is seeking a strong, compassionate Resident Care Manager to oversee clinical services in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This is a leadership role where your clinical expertise and people skills truly matter.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and supervise Charge Nurses, Med Techs, and Resident Assistants
  • Complete resident assessments and oversee care plans
  • Monitor physician orders, labs, MARs, and medication administration
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
  • Manage staffing schedules and team coverage
  • Support Memory Care programming and clinical quality
What You Bring
  • Active RN or LPN/LVN license
  • CPR & First Aid certification
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care preferred
