CARPENTER - DRY WALL

Craftsmen Contractors is looking to hire a Punch Out / DRY WALL Carpenters for Tampa.


LEVEL 5 DRYWAL WORK Experience NEEDED


Hiring Bonus - $50 BONUS after your first 40 hours worked!


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Superintendent with closing out projects, warranty work and developing small work projects.
  • Effectively schedule and complete work in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate and help complete projects on new construction and also perform any warranty and service calls necessary.
  • Facilitate completion of projects by joining the team towards the end of the project schedule.
  • Help with final punch out including, but not limited to, hardware installs, accessories install, spackling or paint touch ups, straightening and organizing, filling nail holes, grout or caulk touch up and most important DRY WALL.


Requirements:

  • Must have extensive skill and experience and be able to manage and effectively complete various small projects in a timely manner.
  • Must report to the Superintendent and be responsible for managing any Punch Out / Drywall Technicians on the team if necessary.
  • Must have basic hand tools, ALL PPE (hard hat, safety vest, jeans, and boots) and reliable transportation to get to work.
  • Must have at least 2-3 years of Punch Out / DRY WALL experience.
  • MUST be able to pass a background check to access military base project.
