OXXO Care Cleaners Customer Service Representative

Welcome to OXXO Care Cleaners where we understand that you've made a substantial investment in your wardrobe, and you want the best cleaning service. We want you to experience the ultimate in garment care. We offer our customers a convenient and automatic 24/7 ATM-style pickup system, so they do not have to rush to the dry-cleaner before they close.

Greet new customers and explain the difference between a regular dry cleaners and our dry cleaners. Answer telephone to provide information about services, hours of operation, prices in an efficient manner. Recommend and provide advice on the products and services we do. Maintain the store clean and neat. Receive, examine, and tag articles to be altered, cleaned, stored, or repaired. Advise customers on use and care of their articles. Monitor processes, materials and surroundings to detect and assess problems.

Requirements: Be available Monday - Saturday. Great sense of customer service is a MUST. Be able to successfully handle complaints and resolve conflicts in an efficient manner. Be able to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines. Be able to effectively communicate in English. Be able to perform administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing minimal amount of paperwork. No experience needed, training provided.
