Martinizing Dry Cleaning is looking for energetic, outgoing Customer Service Reps!


Martinizing Dry Cleaning, nationally leading company in dry cleaning industry, is growing its operations and hiring more staff. We are locally owned and operated and are seeking motivated employees who can provide customer service in the front counter and assemble and bag orders in the back. We are looking for candidates that have a positive and friendly attitude and provide exceptional service to our customers.


Job Responsibilities - Front:

  • Provide warm, engaging interaction with customers
  • Provide clear descriptions of Martinizing services and processes to customers
  • Check in customer orders; inspect, sort, & tag for cleaning
  • Solve customer problems as needed
  • Communicate problems, record issues, keep accurate records
  • Process customer payments and discounts
  • Perform standard opening and closing duties
  • Keep store clean and tidy


Job Responsibilities - Back:

  • Inspect finished garments per Martinizing quality control requirements
  • Assemble finished garments to order slot
  • Bag completed orders
  • Register and place bagged orders alphabetically

REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous customer service experience an asset
  • Dry Cleaning experience is considered an asset
  • Must have a flexible schedule
  • Must be comfortable working while standing for long periods of time
  • Strong attention to detail
  • An understanding of textiles and garments is helpful
