Job description

Job Title- CRM Implementation Consultant

Project Location – Remote- downtown Kansas City MO

Duration- 6+ months contract to hire

Visa- USC/ GC/ GCEAD/ H1B

Must live within 100 miles of our client client’s office in downtown Kansas City MO.

My business partner- We will need to do a zoom or meet in person for initial screen (for local profiles).

We will need a reference of a lead or manager we can call right away. Phone# required.

Job Description-: CRM Implementation Consultant

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 7 years+ technical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Building and updating complex business process flows in Dynamics 365
  • Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑Driven Apps) and Platform, including Power BI and Power Automate.
  • Configuring API integrations (experience with Drupal, Hivebrite, Docebo, and CVENT or similar system integrations is preferred.)
  • JavaScript development skills for Dynamics customization
  • Dataverse queries/FetchXML and solution layering strategies
  • Evaluating business processes and translating organizational needs into effective Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Ability to learn organizational context quickly and connect business challenges to CRM‑based improvements
  • Ability to function as both lead consultant and technical SME, guiding project direction, sequencing, and risk mitigation.
  • Interest in learning about an organization at a depth necessary to connect business needs and challenges to effective solutions within Dynamics
  • Strong ability to communicate with both technical partners and end users.
  • Proven experience developing future‑state process maps and CRM solution blueprints.
