Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance services including oil and filter changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, battery testing, and multipoint inspections

  • Complete express service work efficiently while maintaining high quality and accuracy

  • Identify and document vehicle concerns and maintenance needs

  • Communicate inspection results and service recommendations clearly with service advisors

  • Assist senior technicians with repairs, shop tasks, and vehicle movement as needed

  • Properly use shop equipment, tools, and diagnostic devices

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with safety standards

  • Follow all dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, and safety procedures

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Basic mechanical knowledge or automotive experience preferred, but not required

  • Technical school or automotive training is a plus

  • Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and grow within the Toyota brand

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
