We are seeking dedicated caregiver for a bed bound client in Phoenix, AZ. This is a part-time position with potential for additional weekday shifts. Looking to cover weekend shifts in the evening for 2 hours currently. This is a non-exempt safety senstive position.
Requirements:
• First Aid & CPR Certification (Required)
• Proof of TB Test (Required)
• Two Forms of ID (Required)
• Social Security Card OR U.S. Work Authorization (Required)
• Driver's License (Optional)
