Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
This is a commission eligible role.
About This Job
Axos is seeking a Collector who will be responsible for determining reason for customer payment delinquency and obtains payment commitment while adhering to laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
  • Place routine calls to customers as first point of contact to obtain payment for goods or services
  • Recognize calls requiring special handling or customized responses and escalating accordingly
  • Use computerized system for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of customer payment history and status of account
  • Receive clear communication including feedback, coaching, individual needs assessment, and training gaps, including regular, one-on-one performance reviews to ensure performance ad quality standards are being met
  • Ensure collection practices adhere to policies, regulations and standards

Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma
  • 1-2 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, consumer loans, commercial loans and/or real estate
