Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with service appointments
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
  • Schedule appointments
  • Follow up with recall lists, special order parts, declined services, missed appointments
  • Participate in team & process development sessions โ€“ keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
  • Utilize tracking system daily
