Job description

The Driver provides patients in the community with safe and reliable transportation to and from the Clinic and Hospital.

Work Schedule

  • 20 hrs weekly / .5 FTE Monday-Friday 
  • Days: 7:30am - 5pm
  • Temporary Role

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must have a valid WI driver's license
