Familiarity with GPS navigation systems, vehicle inspection routines, and sometimes completion of a defensive driving course are helpful technical qualifications. What are drivers with no experience?

Drivers with no experience are individuals who are seeking driving jobs but have little to no prior professional driving background. Many entry-level driving positions, such as delivery drivers or rideshare drivers, are open to people who have a valid driver's license but lack commercial driving experience. Employers may provide on-the-job training to help new drivers learn the necessary skills and safety procedures. These roles can be a good starting point for building a career in the transportation industry.

Entry-level driver positions usually start with lower pay, and high salaries like that are generally associated with experienced drivers or specialized roles after several years of service. Salary expectations should be verified through official Walmart career resources or job postings.
