Drivers Manager information

What does a drivers manager do?

A Drivers Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of drivers within a company, such as those in transportation, delivery, or logistics services. Their main duties include recruiting and training drivers, scheduling routes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and monitoring driver performance.
