Temco Logistics, a proud subsidiary of The Home Depot, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager to support our delivery and customer service teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate scheduling, and high service standards. If you are organized, a strong communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Schedule:
  • Varied days, start time: 10 am to 8 pm

What You'll Do
  • Monitor daily delivery operations and resolve service exceptions
  • Support drivers and customer service teams with real-time troubleshooting
  • Train and onboard new team members
  • Build, manage, and adjust office and driver schedules
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Prepare delivery manifests and ensure dispatch readiness
  • Collaborate with routing and driver managers to optimize performance
  • Review payroll and resolve discrepancies
  • Process reschedules, cancellations, and customer service exceptions
  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics at 3PL locations
  • Track recycling and waste levels and recommend operational improvements
