About the Role
As a Driver Helper, you'll partner with a Delivery Driver to safely deliver and set up furniture in customers' homes. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, teamwork, and providing great customer service. No two days are the same!

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
  • Problem-solving ability and comfort working in a fast-paced setting
  • Ability to read maps, follow instructions, and navigate routes
  • Must have and maintain a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 250 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation)
  • High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks
  • Deliver and set up furniture in customers' homes
  • Help with removal of old furniture when needed
  • Complete delivery paperwork accurately
  • Assist with warehouse duties when not on the road
  • Perform secondary tasks including tagging, prepping, returns, assembly, cleaning, and recycling
  • Ensure all safety standards are followed throughout each shift
