Take the next step in your trucking career with regional dry van routes across 11 Western states. Whether you’re a recent CDL graduate or an experienced driver, enjoy predictable miles, supportive mentorship, and bi-weekly home time.

Entry Level / Trainee Program

  • 4–6 weeks of paid on-the-road training with an experienced mentor

  • Full pay during training weeks

  • $300 orientation bonus on first solo paycheck

  • Hands-on guidance on Western regional dry van operations

  • Requirements: CDL-A license, age 21+, 120+ hours from accredited CDL school, clean work history


Experienced Drivers

  • Average weekly pay: $1,300–$1,500

  • Top 25% earn up to $1,700 per week

  • Up to $0.08 CPM performance bonus

  • Home every two weeks

  • Steady regional routes with 100% no-touch freight
