What does a driver training manager do?

A Driver Training Manager oversees the training and development of drivers within an organization, ensuring they meet safety and regulatory standards. They design, implement, and monitor training programs covering vehicle operation, safety procedures, and company policies. Additionally, they evaluate driver performance, maintain training records, and stay up-to-date with industry regulations to ensure compliance.
