Driver Helper

A Driver Helper supports delivery drivers with the safe and timely delivery of goods to customers. This role involves loading, unloading, and ensuring accurate deliveries while providing excellent customer service.

Location: Oak Creek, WI
Schedule: 5:30 AM – Until Route is Completed
Pay Rate: $20.50/hour

Duties:

Assist the driver with loading and unloading trucks

Ride along delivery routes and assist with navigation as needed

Deliver products to customer locations in a timely and professional manner

Verify orders and ensure accurate delivery of items

Handle products carefully to prevent damage

Communicate effectively with the driver and customers

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle

Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements:

Previous delivery, warehouse, or labor experience preferred

Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy products throughout the shift

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Ability to follow directions and safety procedures

Additional Expectations:
