About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outreach Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the face of our company, bridging the gap between our services and healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Field Visitation: Travel to doctors' offices and healthcare facilities (up to 3 days per week) to establish and nurture professional relationships.

  • Product & Service Promotion: Deliver promotional merchandise and educational materials to medical offices, effectively communicating the value of our services.

  • Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador by informing healthcare professionals about our company’s offerings, updates, and unique selling propositions.

  • Prospecting: Execute targeted cold calling and email campaigns to generate leads and schedule appointments with new practices.

  • Territory Management: Maintain a robust schedule to ensure consistent coverage of assigned territories and timely follow-ups.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical sales, or medical liaison roles.
