Job description

Drexel Chemical Company is a leading manufacturer of agricultural chemical products, operating 7 plants in the downtown Memphis area.


This position is responsible for:

  • completing production and shipping paperwork accurately, including batch sheets, bills of lading, and inventory count sheets.
  • assisting with administering safety training to all employees,
  • submitting completed new hire paperwork to the corporate human resources department
  • assisting management with all aspects of the clerical administration of the plant operation.
  • Must have previous Shipping/Receiving in a warehouse environment
  • MUST operate a Forklift!!
  • Mon-Fri 8a-5pm with occasional OT


The ideal candidate would have intermediate clerical skills; the ability to follow detailed instructions and learn new processes quickly; and a meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
