Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) โ€“ Norcross, GA (30071)

Pay: $25.00โ€“$30.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Location: In-person | Norcross, GA

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). RBTs will implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and support skill development in communication, social, and daily living areas.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision

  • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

  • Collect and record session data accurately

  • Support communication, social, and adaptive skills

  • Collaborate with families and clinical team

  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Requirements
  • Active RBT certification (required)

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)

  • Valid driverโ€™s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

  • Ability to work with children with autism

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred
  • Experience in ABA therapy, autism services, special education, or behavioral health

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree (completed or in progress)
