Cheetah Clean Auto Wash is looking for an organized, people-first Office & Customer Service Manager to lead our HQ office and own the customer experience across all 16 of our Kentucky and Tennessee locations. If you love solving problems, building great processes, and being the calm, capable voice our members trust, we want to meet you.

Requirements:

What You'll Do

? Be the go-to person for member and guest questions, membership issues, and service escalations across our entire network.

? Run a tight, welcoming Corporate HQ office — from day-to-day admin to vendor coordination.

? Lead and grow a customer service team as we expand.

? Team up with HR, Fleet, and Marketing on projects big and small.

? Turn frustrated customers into loyal ones.


What You Bring

? 3+ years in customer service or office management — bonus points for multi-site or membership-based businesses.

? A knack for staying organized when priorities pile up.

? Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

? Comfort with Excel and learning our DRB membership system and Paylocity.

? A leader's mindset — you build the process, not just follow it.

? Willing to work alternating Saturday mornings.

? Fleet management or DRB experience? Even better.
