POSITION:
  • Project Engineer /Controls Application Engineer (Design and Programming)
LOCATION:
  • Richmond, VA
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Office 80-90% - Design and Programming / 10-20% Field - Job Walks and Commissioning Assistance
  • Controls Programming and Graphics
  • Design Engineering with either MS Visio or AutoCAD
  • Responsible for SOP's - Sequence of Operations per the customer's requirements
  • Incorporate equipment needs into Design
  • Submittal Package: drawing creation, as-built drawing
  • Assist Project Manager(s)
    • Participate in Project Management
    • Confirm BOM's (Bill of Materials)
    • Purchase Order Creation
    • Review contract
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Background in Controls Engineering and HVAC
  • PLUS - B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • PLUS - prior experience with Tridium
