Job description

Job Title: Hancho - 2nd Shift

Company:AISIN Drivetrain, Inc.

Department: Quality

Location:Crothersville, IN

We currently have an opening in the Quality Department for a Hancho - 2nd shift. Candidates should possess strong leadership qualities and the ability to work in a team environment. Ensure a Quality First approach is being followed to produce parts on a first pass yield. Engage in a team atmosphere to assist with daily QA inspections and yearly dimensional layouts. Assist with lab equipment and repairs. Interact with QE and PE as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Other duties may be assigned.

  • Program and operate CMM's.
  • Assist with gage repair activities, as necessary.
  • Troubleshoot lab equipment, as necessary.
  • Interpret basic engineering drawings.
  • Assist QA Supervisor in troubleshooting daily floor side issues.
  • Effectively use gauges and measuring equipment to verify product.
  • Assist in daily QA inspections as needed.
  • Be a "Go-to" person for their respective Business Unit.
