Job description

Are you an Indiana Licensed Plumber looking for a stable, high-impact role with a steady flow of work? At Perma-Seal, we’re looking for a skilled plumber who can diagnose issues, provide solutions, and complete high-quality installations and repairs in residential homes. You’ll work directly with homeowners, delivering solutions that improve the safety, functionality, and health of their homes.

What You’ll Do
  • Travel to pre-scheduled residential appointments (no cold calling)
  • Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions
  • Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential plumbing systems
  • Ensure all work is completed to code and inspection-ready
  • Educate homeowners on findings and solutions in a clear, professional manner
  • Prepare proposals, explain options, and collect approvals/payments as needed
  • Enter job details and notes into CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
What We’re Looking For
  • Active Indiana Plumbing License (REQUIRED)
  • 3+ years of residential plumbing experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly with homeowners and build trust
  • Comfortable working independently in the field
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Bonus if you have experience with:

  • Waterproofing systems, sump pumps, or drain tile
  • Construction, foundation repair, or crawl space systems
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs.
  • Comfortable working in tight spaces (crawl spaces, basements)
