The Big Tasks

As a Drain Technician, you will help homeowners resolve drain and sewer issues by providing professional drain cleaning services, diagnosing problems, and recommending the best solutions. You will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience by combining technical skill, problem-solving ability, and strong communication while working independently in the field and building trust with homeowners.

Key Sub Tasks

  • Clear residential drain blockages using professional drain cleaning equipment
  • Diagnose drain issues and identify likely causes and recommended solutions
  • Operate drain machines safely, efficiently, and professionally on every job
  • Communicate findings and next steps clearly with homeowners
  • Identify opportunities for camera inspections and additional drain services when appropriate
  • Present estimates and explain solutions with confidence and professionalism
  • Maintain clean, organized job sites and properly maintained company equipment
  • Follow all company safety standards, service procedures, and operational expectations
  • Work independently in the field while coordinating effectively with dispatch and team members
