What you will do:

  • Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose residential and small commercial plumbing systems to identify drain-related issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot drain problems, including blockages, leaks, and pipe damage.
  • Utilize specialized tools and equipment to perform drain cleaning, unclogging, and repair.
  • Install, repair, and maintain drain pipes, fitting, and fixtures
  • Interact professionally and honestly with customers to help them understand pluming concerns and solutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of services, including documenting pictures of before and after services have been completed.
  • Educate customers on best practices for their drain systems.
  • Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures.
  • Attend appropriate safety training as required by the company.

Who you are:

  • 1-5 Years Plumbing and Drain experience preferred
  • Plumbing degree, license, or apprenticeship
  • Current plumbing certification as required by state
  • Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
