What is draft beer line cleaning?

Draft beer line cleaning is the process of thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing the lines, faucets, and other equipment used to serve draft beer. This is essential for removing yeast, mold, and mineral deposits that can build up in the lines over time, which can negatively affect the taste and safety of the beer. Regular cleaning ensures that beer tastes fresh, prevents contamination, and helps maintain the integrity of the draft system. Professional draft beer line cleaning is typically recommended every two weeks to maintain optimal quality.
