Print Operator Louisville

WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE BEST OF THE BEST - IS THAT YOU?

DO YOU HAVE MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE?

 

Shift: 3rd shift 11:00pm-7:30am (must be available for overtime when needed)

Pay: $20/hr with potential to move up to $22 after 90 days

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform set-up duties for the printer.
  • Load film and other raw materials on to the printer
  • Change print rolls on the printer
  • Clean the entire printer; including all print rolls, idle rolls, ink pans, ink pumps, ovens, Dr. blade assembly - basically all working surfaces on the printer.
  • Change trim knives, Dr. blades etc.
  • Read and follow the Spec. sheet for the order.
  • Read and follow the work order
  • Set tensions through printer.
  • Communicate with set-up personnel to ensure that all materials/tooling are staged and ready.
  • Communicate with Color Technician that inks are matched and ready.
  • Any other tasks required to set up the printer
  • Color matching support duties
  • Running the orders

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior manufacturing experience
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and multiplication
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs unassisted
  • Ability to stand for an extended period
  • Ability to read and understand W/O information and Machine schedules
  • Ability to communicate (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work in a safe manner at all times
  • Ability to use and be certified on hoist operation
  • High school diploma/GED not required
  • A Physical, drug screening and background check are part of our pre-hire process
