We are hiring immediately for a Business Development Manager for Aggreko Process Services (APS) - Midstream Market based in Gulf coast region - a role that is critical in making sure our customers get the electricity, heating and cooling they need.

Aggreko Process Services (APS) helps midstream terminal and processing facilities with overcoming process limitations and rapidly respond to critical issues and failures. They understand how a plant operates; engage in technical conversations with process engineers, operations managers, and maintenance leaders; and can provide high ROI applications in a short amount of time.

What you'll do:

  • Work with engineers to provide customized solutions for refinery & petrochemical customers in the Gulf Coast region of the US.
  • Directly sell through discovering pain points, midstream knowledge, technical application, and product application.
  • Deliver effective presentations to engineers, operations, maintenance, and site leadership on Aggreko Process Services value proposition.
  • Identify and develop optimal revenue models, sales/distribution channels and price determination, new product development initiatives to support prioritization, and return-on-investment decision-making.
  • Promote and track sales growth with weekly management of APS Salesforce opportunity pipeline and activities.
  • Travel ~40-60% overnight is expected.

We're experts, which means you'll have the following skills and experience:

  • 5+ years of direct business to business sales experience selling to midstream refineries
  • Bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering or relevant experience in the refinery and petrochemical or midstream industry.
  • Knowledge of refinery and plant process units and economic drivers
  • Proficiency with a CRM (i.e., Salesforce)
  • Experience in working for, partnering, or serving production/operations and process engineering teams in the midstream and downstream oil & gas sector

General understanding of temporary equipment specifically temperature control: heat exchangers, chillers, power generation, and electrical distribution equipment.
