Job Description
Interview: Onsite interview
Site not temperature control
Safety shoes required; additional PPE will be provided.
1st week Training 7:00 am to 3:00 p.m.
2nd week Normal assigned shift
Shift Details: 7:00pm to 7:o0 am - rotating 12-hour shift; Every other weekend off
Background: Contract to hire w/o Edu package
Stacker
The Stackers will stack decking boards onto the pallets, then strap down the pallet.
This position will focus on the safe efficient movement of products & materials.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Palletize product manually according to instructions & production schedules.
Measures the squareness of the cuts, length of the board according to length requirements with a measuring tape.
Checks quality of the embossing on the board.
Inspect board with precision for the correct length, shape and corners.
Must wipe down the decking board before goes through the embosser.
Will move product between floor, pallets, conveyors, and/or tables.
Ensure that pallets are correctly stacked and strapped down.
Cuts scraps using table saw.
Keeps the stacker area clean and debris free.
Follows all work rules and regulations.
Maintains a safe work environment in accordance with safety procedures.
May perform a variety of general labor tasks.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
One-year experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Communicate, in English, in a clear and effective manner.
Ability to read and write and perform basic math skills.
Must be able to work a 12-hour rotating shift.
Must be able to perform repetitive and continuous work.
Must be able to work overtime as business needs dictate.
Work Environment:
Indoor facility that is not air-conditioned or heated.
Inside line work around loud equipment/machinery.

Frequent bending at the waist and neck; grasping (power & simple).
