Job description

Cornerstone Pregnancy Services is seeking a Certified Doula for a contract arrangement to provide prenatal and postnatal doula care to women within Lorain County. This position will work closely with the Director of Patient Resources and Doula Coordinator to provide doula services through a granted program. The candidate will be responsible for personal assessment and care of the doula prenatal and postnatal services to women.

The doula contractor must maintain compliance with doula service protocols, preparation, and implementation of need class instruction to clients on an individual basis or in a group setting. The contract doula must maintain program adherence to grant requirements through the implementation and documentation of care provided. Doula certification is mandatory.

A high school diploma is required, or equivalent work experience is a plus. Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and computer skills is a must. Excellent customer service is critical to maintaining good relations with all contacts using a high level of professionalism and integrity.

The ability to work independently is mandatory. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
