    Located in Milwaukee’s Menomonee River Valley, Villa Palermo is a state-of-the industry manufacturing facility that adjoins our company headquarters.

    When you’ll work…

    We are currently hiring an experienced Bakery Associate to join our team on 1st shift. Hours are from 5:45am-2:15pm.

    What you’ll do…

    Operate one piece of bakery production equipment, including divider, rounder, overhead proofer, etc.

    Make appropriate weight, temperature, time, and other checks to ensure product quality is at standards set by management.

    Check area around machine for proper housekeeping, equipment safeties and safeguards, proper tools and other equipment/supplies, and ensure that applicable machinery is set up and functioning properly for an on-time startup.

    Proven ability to understand how the environment is interacting with the dough to make the necessary adjustments to maintain product quality specifications.

    Utilizing knowledge from your 1+ years’ experience with machine operation to ensure equipment operates efficiently and effectively.
