Shuttle Driver — Night Shift (Full-Time & Part-Time)

The DoubleTree by Hilton New Orleans Airport is seeking a reliable, friendly, and safety-focused Night Shift Shuttle Driver to join our transportation team. If you thrive on the quiet consistency of overnight work and take pride in being dependable when most of the world is asleep, we have a place for you.

As a Shuttle Driver, you are more than a driver — you are a brand ambassador who delivers the first and last impression of our hospitality, even at 3 a.m.

What You'll Be Doing

  • The Journey — Safely transporting guests to and from New Orleans Armstrong International Airport (MSY) during overnight and late-evening hours.

  • The Welcome — Assisting guests with luggage and offering a warm greeting (and a reminder about our famous cookies).

  • The Guide — Sharing information about hotel amenities, local dining, and directions.

  • The Upkeep — Completing daily vehicle inspections, keeping the shuttle clean, and reporting maintenance needs promptly.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

  • Active Driving — Ability to sit and drive for up to an 8-hour overnight shift.

  • Physical Strength — Lift, carry, and load/unload luggage up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

  • Safety First — Maintain focus and alertness while navigating airport traffic, road construction, and varying weather conditions overnight.

  • Communication — Frequent use of a two-way radio to coordinate with the Front Desk.
