What You'll Do
  • Keep guest floors, hallways, and public areas clean, stocked, and guest-ready
  • Support Room Attendants by stocking linen, removing soiled items, and organizing supplies
  • Maintain clean and organized floor closets and service areas
  • Clean and maintain:
    • Guest corridors and service hallways
    • Elevators, stairwells, and landings
    • Vending and laundry areas
  • Deliver requested items to guests quickly and professionally
  • Transport guest laundry and assist with hotel operations as needed

Key Responsibilities

  • Remove stains, marks, and dust from floors and carpets
  • Ensure all areas meet hotel cleanliness and safety standards
  • Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or lost & found items
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies
