These campaigns happen in-store and dramatically increase sales for our clients products and services.

Job Description

Sales Acquisition and Customer Service are crucial roles in any business...especially ours. DOTCOM is a firm in Macon area that specializes in advertising and brand management. DOTCOM is focused on client / customer satisfaction, customer service, and customer acquisition. Due to our explosive growth, we are aggressively hiring and training individuals with customer service, business development, sales and marketing, and/or customer interaction experience. We specialize in professional in-person sales, customer retention, sales and marketing with several opportunities for career development here in the Macon area.



We are currently interviewing for an Entry Level Client Ambassador to help with account management, customer service, and events & promotions on one end, and then cross-train into a Director of Operations role. This is not a D2D or call center position. This job involves in person sales and customer service to consumers inside the retail environment. All of our Entry Level employees are trained in the areas of customer interaction, sales & marketing, client communications, business development, and customer retention. Our training methods of client acquisitions and customer retention are proven to shape our employees into top professionals.

This position involves a compensation structure where a base pay is offered in addition to uncapped commissions which are based on individual performance. DOTCOM believes in rewarding our highest performers with the highest compensation.






Qualifications


We are interested in individuals who are hungry for a career opportunity. Those with little sales and marketing experience who want to grow in the customer acquisitions and marketing field and learn how to compete in today's fast paced sales and marketing arena are welcome to apply, as we offer fully paid training into the position.


Ideal candidates have a background in customer service, public speaking, communications, sales, business development, hospitality and restaurants, retail sales, and/or human resources.
