The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across the full .NET stack, strong architectural judgment, and the ability to mentor junior developers while working directly with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API
  • Architect scalable microservices and RESTful APIs following industry best practices
  • Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor mid-level/junior developers
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure high availability
  • Design and manage database schemas using SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning)
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps practices (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions)
